Recently, the National Youth Drone Competition has started. The main venue of this year's Guangdong Provincial Competition is located in Mr. Feng Ru's hometown - Enping City, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. At the same time, there are online main venues + satellite venues, and sub-venues have been set up in Qingyuan, Dongguan, Guangzhou and other places, which will be held at the same time. More than 1,500 people signed up for the competition.

The opening ceremony was broadcast live online. Zhao Shuanghong, deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and You Lei, chairman of the Guangdong Aeronautics and Astronautics Society, delivered speeches respectively.

The competition is divided into three categories: rotary wing competition, innovation competition and traditional fixed wing competition. At the main online venue, the referee team "watched the game" in the online conference room, and the contestants on the field received the referee's instructions with the help of network equipment to complete the game tasks.

Quanzhou, Fujian

On July 24, the 2022 Quanzhou Youth Drone Competition and the 6th National Youth Drone Competition Quanzhou Competition were held at Liming Vocational College. 233 teams and 579 contestants from the city competed on the same stage, presenting a wonderful feast of technology.

The 2022 Quanzhou Youth Drone Competition will be themed "Serve the Party Wholeheartedly and Chase the Blue Sky". Contestants will participate in five events including "Air Combat Competition", "Team Relay Competition", "Creative Programming Graphics Competition" and "TAI Intelligent Land and Air Challenge". "Logistics Handling Competition" and so on.

On the field, the team members remained calm and skillfully controlled the drone to stop or turn smoothly in the air. The stage of "Creative Programming Graphics" was unusually quiet. The contestants concentrated on using computers to program the flight path and lighting control of the drone.

The National Youth Drone Competition has been successfully held for five sessions. It is the most authoritative, professional and influential in the field of youth education in China. It is also a professional drone competition covering elementary school, junior high school, high school (including technical secondary school, vocational high school) and other age groups. This competition aims to promote the development of aerospace science popularization, promote the scientific spirit, popularize aerospace science knowledge, build a youth innovation exchange platform, and cultivate aerospace reserve talents.
